Alvin is a very accomplished musician and his keyboard skills are exceptional. His musical roots are firmly set in Christian Rock music.
He featured in Rock bands Blood & Fire, The Eden and The Big Picture from 1980 until 1995, during which time they played hundreds of gigs, cabarets and other events in theatres, concert halls, schools, pubs, clubs, churches and prisons.
Alvin facilitated contemporary music workshops for the youth programme at Butlins for ten years.
He provided the music and was the musical director for events at the Royal Albert Hall and Wembley. He has worked with Graham Kendrick, The Bootleg Beatles, Youth Choirs, Salvacosta and Darren Bartlett.
He has written arrangements for Brass Bands, choirs and string quartets.
Alvin was the keyboard player and bandleader for SALVACOSTA for 17 years and is delighted to continue in that role for MUZARIA. He has been a great support in both recordings and technical assistance over many years and is a valued member of the team.
He also has been awarded CertMus, a Certificate of Music (general subject), his two instruments were trumpet and piano.
